Very frustrating trying to get help at the shoes today... wanted a pair of Solomons and knew exactly which pair.. Two other customers came and went unassisted.You guys are making it too easy for us to simply find other suppliers online.I complained to the 5 staff at the door having a fat social party but didnt even get acknowledged. Check your security cameras between 11 and 12. You lost 3 sales today...

They usually have nice things at Cape union but this shop feels very crammed and they didnt have stock of the items we were looking for...

Rude obnoxious staff, cannot tolerate sarcasm from senior staff. Considering I bought two fenix watches this year and spent a substantial amount of money. Finding another shop that sells salamon shoes. Total Sports, close by, small range but a lot better cheaper.

I bought my son a pair on hiking boots less than a year ago with one year warranty. He polished and pampered them the entire year. They hardly looked used. Two weeks ago he told me the side of the shoe was coming loose. We took them back to the Pmburg branch and they informed us due to covid they couldnt replace them and that we must come back in Jan.. After the warranty had expired. On Sunday we took the shoes to the Ballito mall branch. They didnt hesitate.. They exchanged them with pleasure. Pmb branch is a disgrace. Ballito mall Cape Union Mart ROCKS.

Cant walk past that shop without going in! Bought a pair Salomon speed cross 5s. Very happy with them! The salesman knew which shoe was perfect for me. My parents returned something that was broken. They went ahead and took a new one out the box and gave it to them without hesitation!

Staff always pay attention to when you are entering and looking around - very attentive, clued up on the stock and answering questions related to specific sections and activities in the store. Defs a 5/5.

Incredibly helpful staff. Called regarding a backpack I saw online and was told that one was in stock but that it will be kept for me. I arrived and paid and was in and out in literally 2 minutes.

Quality safari stuff for those outdoor friends. Service is good and also, the staff know their products. Hence, would recommend and advice on items that you intend to buy.

This used to be one of my favourite stores but unfortunately it lacks most of the energy the Cape Union Mart brand carries. The floor stock is often out of all the regualr sizes with only XS and XLs on offer and for an outdoor store they stock WAY more casual, non technical clothing and gear. The perfect store for someone of small or large who wants to just look like they are outdoorsy.

Heres hoping that a review actually improves the attitude of staff , particularly the manager, within the store. Store Manager was not aware of stock that was in his store. When my mom inquired about an item that was seen online. she was told that it wasnt in stock and did she check properly on the website as to which store the item was in etc, by him. Only for another staff member to approach her as she was leaving to say that they had the item. No apology to my mom from the Manager appalling service for someone who is supposedly leading a team and managing an entire store.I have shopped at the store in Sandton City, Jhb with good customer service, perhaps the Midlands staff need to be sent on some proper customer service skills training.Rather disappointing!!
