What a lovely spa to go to. The shop is clean, smells nice. Covid protocols are in place. the ladies are all very friendly, polite and informative! Absolutely loved my facial that i had - my skin left feeling revitalized and brighter! Can definitely recommended pampering yourself at Sorbet Hilton.

Hilton Sorbet is not only a friendly and professional outlet for products and treatments - it is deceptively spacious and stylish once you go through into the treatment rooms. Because the front of house is fairly intimate, I assumed the private spaces would be cramped. I was so wrong. I love Sorbet, I rate Hilton Sorbet and I look forward to going there again soon. Plus the parking is so convenient. Altogether a joyful experience.

I had a super experience where the ladies went out of their way, when they were fully booked, to help me out with an emergency soak off due to having to go for sudden surgery. They certainly went above and beyond. I’m going back tomorrow to have my gel redone !

Got a voucher. Went for a Mani/pedi...by that afternoon the nail polish had peeled off my fingers. That night in the bath, the toenail polish slid off...what a waste of time and money. Wont go back.
