I purchased a Sorbet product from the Cascades branch. When I got home I realized that it had expired three months ago. I returned to the store in an attempt to exchange it for a good one, however, the store assistant and I found that all the products on the left shelf were already expired. I then requested a refund but unfortunately nobody in the store had the authority to do that. Ive reported the matter on their website as well and a week has passed and no manager or anyone from the store bothered to contact me. So be warned to check the expiry dates of anything you purchase at this store, it is most likely expired and you will be stuck with no refund or the inconvenience of trying to get one.

Thumbs up for hygiene.Staff were very unfriendly.Nail art was advertised on their social media but only certain nail techs can offer this service, you are not advised of this when making a booking.

Sorbet Cascades staff are always professional, friendly and happy to help. Maxime does fabulous tips and gelish, Ive not been disappointed once. She actually had to fix my tips I got from another Sorbet, and she did a great job! The store is also very clean and they follow all Covid protocols which makes one feel comfortable and enjoy the treatment. Thanks Sorbet Cascades!

I am a Sorbet gal - I like the franchise and I trust whichever one is where I am if Im travelling. But at home near PMB, despite there being three Sorbet outlets near to me, I only go to Sorbet at Cascades Lifestyle Centre. Zi is an award-winning Dermalogica facial wonder-woman; Maxime and Chris are meticulous mani/pedi marvels and Thembeka could massage the knots out of wood. The treatments are top, the staff is professional and that feeling is priceless.

Did not get an opportunity to have my nails done at this Sorbet - but dont plan on going there after how rude the employee I spoke to was on the phone. She cut me off before I could even pick another day to book an appointment.
