Very friendly place. The team are professional and make you feel welcome. I was spoken with kindness and warmth throughout my treatment which made me feel relaxed and keen to return.

The service is amazing, the kind of service that every customer expects for their moneys worth. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Ive been their customer for the past 3 years and I always leave satisfied with their work.

If you have to use Perfect 10, ask for Queenie. Nobody else. Only Queenie knows what shes doing.As for the other woman in the shop (she may be a manager???) - clueless:Full Mani & Pedi. Had to point out cuticles need cutting after shed painted base coat Toldme massaged feet and hands afterpaintin.. WTAF? Gobsmacked.

I called in to make an appointment and the Indian receptionist was extremely rude to me and was screaming in the background to her colleague while still on the phone with me. When I went in to get my nails done - no one had spoken to me and walk in customers were served before me. I waited over half an hour to finally get my nails done. I unfortunately cannot remember the names of the staff but I will recommend the white lady who actually did do my nails, she is very pleasant and efficient - but I will still never go back there to have anything done due to the bad service and attitude to the lady I spoke to initially.

The chipping on the nails started a week after visiting the nail salon:( otherwise the ladies were very friendly :)

Customer service is great. They become like family.

Easy going staff.

Worst service ever from the Indian girl that works there. She ripped the skin from underneath my eyebrow due to her being so rough, how is she still working there if this is how she treats clients?
