Friendly staff but I was not real happy when it comes to my hair done

Professionalism is the key at that place, the stuff is friendly.

3rd time being there all I get is bad hair dos other than great service or Imvelo standard.😓🤢🤮

Went in for a hair cut (style) came out with Chiskop coz my dresser was busy talking n nipped the hair line, specifically told him in don’t like trim, but he went overbourd with that. Now I’m left clean shaven in freezing Estcourt weather.I was at Mvelo pmb Branch. I paid the full amount , wrote on the comments sheet and left, knowing I will never subject myself to such poor service ever.
