Filled up at Engen Basil Bure Convenience Centre. Friendly, speedy service, checked tyre pressure and oil, cleaned windscreen...everything one expects at a petrol station. Thank you - Quickshop is also a bonus, with takeaways and coffee.

Very convenient petrol station if you are doing business in the centre of town in Pietermaritzburg. I was in Central PMB and Engen Basil Bure Convenience Centre was near by. Friendly, quick service and being an exclusive ClubCard fuel partner for Clicks – offering a great deal, I filled up and then had a great coffee at their EQUATORIAL COFFEE. They also have Barcelos and so ordered a spicy chicken take away - really good. On my way out I noticed they had a car wash - next time! Amazing that these days one gets so much at one service station. I would highly recommend Engen Basil Bure Convenience Centre opposite Parklane Spar.

A petrol station in Central PMB with great service and friendly management. Engen Basil Bure Convenience Centre also gives you e-bucks when filling up and I enjoyed their Barcelos takeaways. Very convenient being opposite Parklane Spar.

On Monday 22-July-2019 I had the worst experience ever when filling at the Engen garage on the corner of commercial road (Chief Albert Luthuli) and Greyling Engen garage. The petrol attendant displayed such disgusting behaviour and whats more concerning is when I jumped out my vehicle to speak to the Manager she advised the guys is a Supervisor. Im honestly not sure what criteria was used when appointing this individual to such position but he is the leader and example for his subordinates who work under him at the Engen garage. I personally use this garage to gain Ebucks and so does my wife and other family members. After this experience Ive realized nothing beats good service and I now appreciate the other garages who have always treated us to superb service. Honestly I can do without the Ebucks and to think I used to make a special trip just to gain Ebucks. Lenis I think his name is (rude Supervisor) I wish you well at Engen dealing with Engens many other customers. Life is simpler dealing with people who want to serve you - keep the Ebucks! #StillnofeedbackfromManagement!
