Awsome service friendly staff
This store really needs to be attended to in terms, of at least answering the phones. secondly my mom (who is a pensioner) came to the store twice to send a parcel to JHB via PEP stores. The lady keeps on asking for a freaken code yet my mom gave her the store code. Why are people so unhelpful these days. Why couldnt the employee help my mom in order to find the code if it is wrong or anything. How hard can it be to find freaken code!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. In the end she left the store again disappointed . Why does Pep have this kind of service when it so complicated for an employee to assist their customers with beneficial information. I am going to report this. Very sad that our customer service in South Africa actually sucks
There was very little/almost no social distancing which is a cause for concern. The pay points are fairly close to each other and there is no one actually controlling the number of people in the store at any given time.

Terrible service been trying to call from the morning 9:30 its 13:40 no answers why have a line to call if there is no answers its covid 19 we cant be leaving are homes just to be finding out something
