As PEP stores go this is one of the better ones

No order. You cant find what you are looking for. No social distancing they allow the shop to be full.

When you walk I to the store and the staff greet you by name, its like shopping with your best friends, if you cant find something, they go out of there way to find it, locate it and get it, I have NEVER had to follow up on anything, if they say they will phone you, they phone you, PEP Howick deserves 10 stars!

Not enough staff manning the tills at such a busy time of the year. Aircon needs to be cleaned and serviced. Friendly staff, store neat and stocked well. Could find anything you need
