Services were fast and efficient. The staff was very helpful and Samke was willing to go extra mile for in a situation that seemed impossible.

Always slow and pathetic service at tellers,instead of staff concentrating on whether a clients mask is on properly or not maybe work on efficient customer service

Regarding FNB branch : On arrival at the door, person at door dismissive and of no help. Had to ask for help from someone walking passed. Tellers behind their screens, customers given numbers, numbers not used and people seem to be called according to preference of teller as someone with a number in the same line as I was who arrived after me was called before me. Dont understand the number system.The person who attended to me was very helpful though... I would give her 5 stars, but my initial experience before being assisted by her deserved no stars... hence 3 stars 🌟

Large Mall with a vast amount of shops and a wide variety. The food court, cinema and playground area are a big attraction. The Mall is clean and there is ample space to move around even during peak times.

Loads of fabulous shopping great restaurants and the latest movies. Plenty of safe parking. A great day out for the whole family or with your friends young or old. Wheelchair friendly and wheelchairs to hire at mall.

I love this Mall especially for its family play zone area. Kids go in smiling and excitement and leave with frowns and tears as they do not want to leave and cant believe their time is over. All my favourite shops under one roof

There are some great shops, but theres nothing special that you cant find anywhere else. The poor design of the mall and the constant crowds make moving between shops on opposing sides of the food court (which never has enough seating) a tedious and frustrating process.

Theres a variety of shops. One can get almost anything. Great play areas for kids and restaurants . It has a cinema for those who want to catch a movie

I love to meet with clients at the wimpy in the mall and everything you need is in the building. Parking is cheap. Nice place to stop on the way back from the berg for breakfast or lunch.

Place is pretty huge. Most department stores you want and chainstores, movies, fast food, etc. Its a mall. Parking gets cheaper the longer you stay (!)

Conveniently located and accessible but its too small to accommodate everyone in PMB hence it gets packed.

A mall is a mall. I avoid them if I can. The LMM has all of the expected retail outlets of most malls. Its location next to the N3 highway makes for reasonably easy access. Its sphere of influence dominates the greater Pietermaritzburg area. Parking can be a bit of a struggle to find at peak hours. Christmas time is an absolute nightmare. On a somewhat irrelevant note; the architecture of the place is simply horrific and boring. It looks like the place was supposed to be an aeroplane hanger. in fact it would be forgivable if that had been its previous purpose but that is not the case, it was built specifically to be a mall. Outrageous.

Offers pretty much everything you could need in terms of shopping.

Taking into consideration that there are other smaller malls in Pietermaritsburg this one is by far the best, i have been coming to visit here every year and this mall is always perfectly maintained oh and the aircons are bliss.

Its okay if you like shopping, not my style.

Good MorningI am quite perturbed by a pick pocketing incident at Midlands Cine 6 on saturday 08/06/13.My 17 yr old son and a friend went to watch Hangover 3. His money was in his cargo shorts pocket with his sunnglasses. The lady sitting next to him bumped him a few times when rummaging in her handbag and when they got up and left and went off to Mr Price(he was going to get some clothes....) both his aviator sunglasses and about R870 was gone.A report to the security and front desk sid not help in any way as taht kind of thing cannot be monitpred and I get that. However the Mall needs to do something about this kind of incident. It is very off putting especially as we as parents dont expect thieves and such to have access to our kids in a dark and isolated area without any recourse on our part. I am just grateful that my child was not harmed because if he had been, the Mall would have still not had a picture/ footage or survellaince even of the people entering the cine centre.Please do something about this or many kids will be affected. Crime always starts off small and it needs to be stopped right away.Thanks very much.Rehna
