Very rude , impatient staff , terrible time management and service except for Sebnelo , ask for him

After two unkept appointments, measurements were eventually taken for the proposed balcony window installation. Six days later we are still waiting for the quote.

From the moment we first made contact - to the moment they told me the windscreen was replaced and the vehicle ready for collection there was nothing but absolute brilliant service.Renette in the accounts department is the star of the show. She got everything done and was updating us constantly.7/5 would recommend

Someone tried smashed my moms car window whilst she was overnighting PMB. It was a Sunday morning when we discovered it. Louis Brits was so incredibly helpful. Even though the shop was closed, he organised for one of his staff members to clear the glass from my moms car and he put in a piece of plastic sheeting so that my mom could drive her car safely to Durban. Louis also arranged for my mom to have her window replaced at Glasfit in Durban. Memorable experience all round.

Glassfit PMB is the most disgarcefull workshop I have ever witnessed. Rude unhelpful staff. After waiting nearly 1,5 hrs, I removed my vehicle and am taking it elsewhere. I would recommend you NOT to use them.

I am very impressed with the service and the overall interaction I had with all at Glasfit. I had to have a new windscreen and was very sceptical about using the generic one as I had the perception of any windscreen not marked Shatterprufe or Shatterproof it would not be safe. The gentleman assured me it is SABS approved & is definitely shatterproof. Hence I accepted the generic to be fitted as there was no insurance excess on this one, but 25 % excess (R1600.00) on the original Shatterprufe windscreen. I googled all the codes on the BENSON windscreen bug and I found that it is INDEED shatterproof and passes all safety standards here, USA, Europe. Well done Glasfit for standing by your product.
