I love that place. Every Saturday there is parkrun at Lebone College. This is the way to keep our bodies healthy. To gain momentum in life one should be. Though you have to run up and down the hills, its worth doing.

Great views and fresh air. Friendly runners who share the same passion. Only about 1 km mountain trail at the foot of the Magalies and the rest is part trail and part paved surface. Great for those who has never done trails before. Only 5 km (3.1 Miles) but quite challenging. Youll be hooked before you know it. This run is ideal for the whole family. The trail is in the safe fenced off premises of Lebone College. Dogs welcome. Come and challenge yourself and reflect on life with all its ups and downs!

Loved the Lebone parkrun and chose day to celebrate their bday with them. It was the reverse route on the day. I got lost near the end so my time not good. Thank the organisers for cupcake, watermelon (bday celebrations) May u go from strength to strength. (Ps, seems race director knows most people by name)
