Food was tasty and well prepared. Potions were extremely generous. Prices really great. Meal and dessert for 4 people came R500.00 including the tip. We left feeling extremely satisfied with the decor and set up of the restaurant, the ambience, great service and wonder food...best of all the price.

Good money spent but unfortunately order was nit correct. Our order was for takeout which means we only discovered food items missing once we arrived back home. An incomplete dinner order on a Friday within the covid economy does not go down well. For the firat time in our villa luso history, I dolid not finish my tbone steak as there were pieces of other unidentifiable no - tbome meat grilled stuck on one side of my order. This time unfortunately villa was not worth the trip to town nor the money spent. Sorry. Hopefully better next time.

Faith you need to keep to arrangements and not drop guests. If not for 2 other staff this would be one star. Update to my previous review. A second trip to the area and stay at Villa Luso was much better and organised. Improvement shown, thank you.

What a place more people, chesanyama and music a place to be for weeked

Loved the atmosphere. The food was good too. And the staff were very nice.

A shower curtain and cockroach free room would have been nice. Also maybe consider banning smoking in at least some rooms so the sheets dont smell like ash trays

Family friendly restaurant. Couple of activities to keep the kids entertained while dad enjoys an ice cold beverage and mom sips on one of the many cocktails on offer. Great place to meet up with friends. Massive portions of very tasty meals. Great steaks, burgers, pizza, seafood and more. Every day of the week has something on special. Not the greatest of vegetarian options on the menu but I am sure the chef will specially create something, just ask.

Very friendly staff, rooms not very nice, typical food, no Portuguese food like advertised - not at all. No real coffee - just instant and even Ricoffy.The restaurant and bar are nice. But they have the most ugly and unsafe childrens playground Ive ever seen in a place like this. Its a pity. I remember this place from my last visit in 2015. That time it was in a much better state and they had music and dance at the weekends.

They dont answer their phones , on the management number displayed outside he just promise to call you back and never does. He even promised that one of the staff members will call for an order but you will wait the whole day. When you visit the restaurant for a takeaway you wait for about two hours just for 1 pizza. The standard of the restaurant dropped soo badly

I went to Villa Luso for late lunch on the 24thx I received a very terrible welcome from the restaurant manager named Mina, the lady she harrased us, yelling at us that we didnt see the notice board outside that they are closing at 17h00..... They want to to celebrate Christmas and prepare for their kids... Her attitude, tone and customer service was the worst iv ever seen... Iv been to so many restaurants this is my worse place to be.The owners must look into this... I had hope that I was going to enjoy meal with my family but was chased instead... So bad..

Never would you be disappointed when you go and chill at the Villa. It caters both friends and family. The service its extremely good and convenient.

Their food here is delicious. There a bit of discord between waiting staff and kitchen staff, and you could wait a very long time for meals. But honestly its worth it. Their cocktails are everything. And they also have amazing specials on offer. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Both good and drinks. One should not leave Phalabhorwa without visiting this place
