Amazing accommodation - our favourite in Paternoster.

Friendly helpful owner! Great view, lovely place!

It is an ideal getaway... Ideally situated on the outscirts of Paternoster, on the beach front with breathtaking sunset views. The cottage we stayed in is spacious, the right amount of glamour, very practical layout and has everything you need and more for a self catering unit. Well organised and very friendly and helpful staff. Can recommend it to anyone.

Every thing was 100% ,this place is the most superb and outstanding you can get,spacious,stylish and comfortable.We will definitely come again to catch ourbreath

We have stayed at Nieuview four times in the past seven years (mainly cottages 1 and 3). Our first couple visits, the cottages were in absolute first-class condition- furniture and physical structure in pristine order. This is one of the reasons we have returned so oftenOur stay in cottage 1 this past weekend was a shock. The sofa and sofa slipcovers in terrible condition (looked tatty, worn and dirty). Sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. Sofa seat cushions need to be replaced. Would recommend new slipcoversDining room slipcovers need to be replacedBed mattresses need upgrading. The foam pillows not 5 star standardWash cloths were greyDownstairs shower walls had mold spots and the shower floor tile grouting discolored and looks dirty. We pointed out mold to housekeepers, who were able to at least rectify a bit of the wall mold issue. Bathroom basin and toilet need re-grouting too (mold)Bathroom soaps were 2 star quality, at bestEntire interior needs repaintingKitchen dinnerware, glassware and cutlery a hodgepodge of types and not a full set of everything (for a two bedroom apartment there should be a minimum of eight)Heartbreaking about the loss of the beautiful sea views from the other two cottages (2 & 3) due to the new property being built, but still STUNNING views from cottage 1We love the concept of this property and would definitely stay again in cottage 1 if owners would spend some money to refresh it! As it stands, the property in not 5 stars.Please, please restore this property to its former glory!

Such a wonderful seefront cottage to stay in! There are 3 units. NV1 accommodates 4 people, with see view from the lounge. NV 2 accommodates 2 people with see view from the lounge. NV3 accommodates 2 people with little see view from the patio.Photos are about the communial area before you go to your private unit. The other photos are about NV 3! Such a beautiful and fresh looking unit!!

Special place. Very well appointed and maintained. We loved our stay here. The view and experience of Nieuviews cottage 1 is stunning. Will definitely be going back.

Best location in Paternoster. loved the kitchen and lounge area with its view of the ocean. I was not crazy about the open bathroom setup inside the upstairs bedroom. unfortunately no view from the bedroom and no balcony.

Stop looking elsewhere, its amazing!

Booked this place as it was right next to the beach but when we arrived it was a construction zone. There were about 5-7 people working so your view from the porch is basically watching people put down the bricks the whole day long. Spoke to the owner (a lady) as it was not mentioned at time of booking and they offered to get the people to leave. However, youre still sitting there with the view to the construction site and so we asked them to cancel and refund as at this point it was a matter of principle since they didnt mention at time of booking. A guy took over the phone and started speaking rudely and refused to refund which completely put us off so we insisted further for a refund. They responded saying that they dont know how to process a refund so we just went ahead and cancelled the booking and paid for the one night even though we didnt end up staying there.The place looked nice and clean but if you do end up with a situation where you need the owners help, am not sure if they will be willing to assist or just try and shrug it off. Our experience with them was definitely poor and I wouldnt go back to this place again.
