Friendly staff and helpful service. A visit is a pleasurable experience

The place is a GEM. Peaceful, controlled and the staff is super friendly. The parking is available and plenty. There are cubicles for laptop use and it’s in a quiet area too. I love everything about this place. It’s CLEAN and the furniture is so comfortable. I love it!! I can’t say enough.

Lots of books on offer. When I went they were doing a book sale. Great prices on quality second hand books. Highly advisable to go if youve been looking for a book that is too expensive new. They probably have it for dirt cheap! Librarians are willing to help too!

Great service and clean library

The library is a tranquil refuge from the downtrodden neighbourhood in which it resides. I used to particularly appreciate the immaculate inner courtyard but unfortunately the garden has been allowed to fall apart; it was so beautiful I would make visits just to enjoy the lawn. I do hope they return it to its former glory at some point. Also, I regularly make large donations of books to this library, and the staff appear indifferent to the gesture. An adequate show of appreciation would allay my worry that my resources could be better deployed elsewhere.

Staff is condescending. Made the process of application so unpleasant. I hope this is not how it will be for the rest of my visits I plan to make. They make you feel like youre an irritation when they should be welcoming people who want to read. Im highly disappointed in the staff but the library itself is quite lovely.

Good library. Used the quiet area a couple of times. 1 out of 8 times studying youll get the occasional idiot talking loud on his cellphone. This usually lasts only 2 minutes. Otherwise its a great library. They could do with some more computers. The WiFi access is terrible, I couldnt log in multiple times when I urgently needed it. I managed to log in after my third visit. It is painfully slow. Vumatel fibre is being deployed over here, so I hope that they will make use of the infrastructure in the future, that way more people can use the internet for research purposes.
