I was in the queue and the manager Jennifer was getting the people to social distance and she noticed that I have a disability. She immediately asked me to skip the queue which is a rare thing to see. I was truly grateful and thankful for her observation. Well done Jennifer and thank you. Excellent customer service

Bad customer experience from cashiers and management doesn’t t even bother following up on complaints and it explains why staff is so incompetent

Worst pick up point ever, while queuing for 5-10 mins while a customer is being helped and cashier seeing me on the click and collect point, not to mention someone behind her saying a pick up while looking at me.This cashier decides she will help someone who completely just jumped the queue. after asking the cashier why is someone else being helped before me while Ive been queueingShe comes with a heavy bad attitude,pointing and telling me I had to come stand next to the customer(while we still need to keep social distance)

I got all the items that I needed from the store. The service was not bad although the lines can be a bit long but the service is good.

They are very limited with stock, but I received friendly and accommodating telephonic service with regards to sourcing stock in the items I needed.

They said they were closed but they let other people in because they were black and I am white when my mom asked why they closed the door in her face! I am disgusted

I have waited more than a week for my order. I called it and they say its delivered. Then I go to the store, but its not there yet. I needed it for a specific event, but when I leave and the store is closed THEN ONLY the email comes through that its there. So no, the service sucked

Another mr price store. Smaller than most shops. You are able to get all your homeware needs

This Mr Price Home is pretty much the same as every other Mr Price Home. They stock home decor items and kitchen equipment.This feels like it may be smaller than other branches and so stock may be limited.

Would be nice to speak to someone who is more courteous on the phone and who doesnt just chuck the phone down in your ear
