Awesome personal service!

Very informal and unprofessional. No receipt or job card opened for a manifold i wanted modified. My request was clear and not to waste their time my budget restraints were made clear. Rowland quoted me R800. Easy job he said. Well cut here and rejoin there. So after a nr of weeks and nothing from them and me enquiring intermittently and having to explain who I am as i had no job nr, i called and was told by Rowland that it is ready and the cost is R3200. He justified the jump in cost by stating to me the amount of labour that went into it, totally ignoring the fact that not once was i consulted of the spiralling cost. Im not going into disputing wether the work was worth it, Im merely pointing out that no consultation was done with me after the initial quote of R800.
