We took our car in for some scratch repairs and were very happy with the work that was done and the service we received from Bevel and the manager. The receptionist on the other hand needs to go for customer service training and sent on a course for her telephone etiquette. Shes beyond unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Very poor service and results on repairs. My car was in and out from this place for assessment to be done over again due to poor repairs and communication. No final quality checks was done on my car and proper assessments as I had other issues other then just my cosmetics. For experts they should know to check your wheel alignment and suspension when your car hit something on the highway and when your car airborne a bit from the road, which means the impact was not a minor. Still waiting on my front bumper to be replaced after almost 2 weeks of inspections for replacement and this incident happens in August month 2019. 1st repairs replacement of the bumper was a aftermarket part, and did not fit 100% and had gaps between the car headlights and body. That was a red flag but yet my car was given back to me just like that.

I simply could not find a single fault with their service. It was prompt, effective with continued feedback from Carl Spanne. Carl kept me updated from day one till collection of our vehicle. He promised that the vehicle will be ready in 2 weeks and actually ended up being ready earlier within 10 days. Thanks Carl!

Took my getz in to have the bumper dent fixed. When we recieved the car back, bumper was fixed as promised, However the next morning when we wanted to start the car, battery was completely dead. I had to buy a new battery. Upon investigation I suspect that the original battery was removed from the car and replaced with an old one but I cannot prove it because I don’t have pictures.As advice to people, take pics of your engine compartment or inside your vehicle.

This was a place where we loved going around every month.The owner Gert is a wonderful man with an open heart.God bless him.Feed The Minds.

Took my car in with a spotless intetior and received it back full of wax spots and a dirty floor.This is a professional company that it seems does not own a vacuum cleaner. Also had to replace a headlight but no effort is made to polish the older headlight so they match.

Took my car to have the bonnet sprayed _ quite expensive. The quality was fair. However when I tried to use my windscreen sprinkler system I had found that they had not connected it properly and just remained quiet about it. Pretty pathetic quality of service

Repairs were carried out quickly and to an excellent standard and I was kept informed throughout the whole process, even when extra damage was discovered and additional work was required.

This panelbeater delivers excellent work but their customer service sucks. I was promised that I would have my car after two weeks. Two weeks became three weeks and still no car. Three weeks became four weeks still nothing. Nobody called or let me know that there was a delay; i had to call them everytime to find out if my car is ready and/or when i can get the car. I only got the car at the end of the fourth week after I laid a complaint with their head office.Not very big on customer service at all!

Bad , bumper was not properly replaced.Grill had a hole in.The front left hand side head lamp did not work.The bonnet does not close properly .Certain arrangements that was needed for instance to call glass fitters to replace windscreen was never done.
