The biggest joke of a company we have come into contact with in recent years. Has absolutely no sense of backbone and follow up / dedication to their work. Their warranty means absolutely nothing whatsoever. Catastrophic word of mouth reputation in town is well deserved. A joke. Avoid them like the plague.Another extremely helpful company I approached was extremely helpful and actually had a good laugh at D.E.Ps quotes and plans of action, not to mention their prices.

They must have noted some of the negative comments below. Although somewhat rambling & disorganized they were:helpful and obligingknew their stuffquick (handed in filter Tues PM, they called me Fri early-job done)they quoted on the spotprice very reasonableSo I gave them 5 because what more could they have done on the service side?

The most disorganised and least customer focused company. Phone calls and emails take days to be responded to, workers turn up randomly and then leave again without completing the tasks and there is no follow up to explain what is the problem or when they will be coming back to complete their work.Just dont bother using them unless you enjoy terrible service.

They know all about pools. Nice friendly service. Parking is a big problem

One star is one too many for the place !! How their doors are still open goes beyond my mind !! This is the most disorganized place I have ever worked with !! You are never called back, and their phones are off most of the time or they just dont answer at all !! But if they end up calling then it is to say they are standing in front of your gate without an appointment, then you as a client now have to scramble to make arrangements !!
