No aftersales service, now they want to threaten me with cancelation fees! Maybe they make their money from cancellation fees.1.Sign a contract.2.Deliver no service.3.Contract cancelled.4.Collect cancelation fee.5.Repeat.Terrible!!!

Went away for the weekend. An officer came out for Premises inspection incase of emergency. Arrived home and with in 15min the same officer knocked to confirm All round all in orderBrilliant service A.d.T

In installation faulty (one panic button not installed and front beam faulty), repeated calls at all times of the night despite having the key holders details and accounts department does not reflect payments made several weeks ago. They seem to take inefficiency and incompetence to a new level (and this is for a new customer).

I am trying to get hold of the ADT Paarl branch. I have now phoned over 5 times. Either I get put on hold and no-one picks up the phone or I have to work with a call centre operator who has no chance of understanding the issue we need to discuss with our security company. Wahl Bartman truly this is really very very poor service

Service is not even worth a star. Being taking off debit order in companies account for the past 3 months. Contract was cancelled due to lack of service and still they take our money! Contact everyone I could but to no avail. Promises to reimburse the money - and still waiting for feedback. Had to cancel the debit order on my side. DO NOT COMMERCE WITH THEM!!!
