Very cosy place with amazing food and professional staff.

So nice to visit a restaurant that has such an extensive wine list - from local to international wines, phenomenal! A must visit for those serious about their wine. Ambience is brilliant - we enjoyed a lovely winter evening in the Cape with their warm fire roaring & warm friendly service - thanks Noop!

Simply put, outstanding.Very well balanced and quality food, some of the best that we have had in South Africa, and compared to many other great places in the world.From appetizer, main course, and deserts, the perfect trifecta. Nothing short of amazing. To not dine here would be a great miss. Specifically the lamb neck was unbelievable!

I had two delicious plates!!A Spiced crispy squid and for mains the curry prawn, I would highly recommend that!!! Whilst its not spicy curry its a sweet yet tangy flavour which draws you back for every sip of the sauce, the bread served whilst waiting was used to make sure every bid of the main course source was consumed.Paired with a white wine a great ambiance with great friends a memorable evening indeed!

I have visited most of the top restaurants in the greater Cape Town / Western Cape area. This restaurant trumps almost all other restaurants that I have tried. Food extremely well prepared n presented n delicious. 4.7 stars is the correct rating for this restaurant. Definitely worth the drive out to Paarl if you live in Cape Town in order to fine dine at this superb restaurant.

We had an amazing lunch here , from the perfect presentation to delectable flavors. All the food was made with that extra special touch that you can taste in each bite. Whenever you’re in the Paarl stop here and enjoy the tasteful decor and friendly trained staff.

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent evening of great service and absolutely outstanding meals. The staff were prompt and friendly and the dishes were delicious. The food had a unique and unexpected flavour profile that paired extraordinarily and just made our night. I highly recommend the Searded Yellow Fin Tuna and the Spicy Crispy Squid starters. The mango chutney was my highlight.

The food was good for sure, but I felt it was priced too high, setting the bar for a really premium experience but falling a little short. It wasnt helped by the fact that there was no host at the entrance and we waited a good while with 4 other parties before we were seated (we had a reservation)

Delicious varied menu. Duck was excellent, as was the wild mushroom ravioli. Warm apple tarte a perfect end to the meal. A bit pricey but well worth it.

We went for late lunch on a Monday for the first time. Very surprised to see there were still quite a few diners sitting. Assumed it has earned its regulars by the quality of food&service. And the dinning experience proved me right. The main courses were amazing. We ordered pork belly, lamb steak ,line fish and mussels. Every dish was well flavored and cooked to perfection , fish was flaky, pork belly had crispy skin with a touch of salt while not too tough, lamb steak juicy and tender. The creamy sauce of the mussels was one of the best I had tasted.I am looking forward to go back sometime and try different dishes as well as desserts.

Food is edible artwork and the service impeccable.If I had the budget this would be my local hang out place!!Having a salad that one can make at home but not with this delicious feta and exquisite salad dressing!!Nori salmon presented with a sauce that elevates the dish to a 5 star institution.Did I mention the seared Tuna that melts in your mouth…

The meat platter was extremely thin.. only a couple of small slices ham and salami. Left feeling hungry!

Noop has been recommended to us and it was the best restaurant we experienced in South Africa! Every single dish was amazing. One never wanted to finish as it was so tasteful.Follow the chefs recommendations from the chalk board and youll have an extraordinary evening.Also, the rooms are super cozy, the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the wine list is superb! Stop here when in the area of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek or Paarl! But be advised to book in advance...

The food was amazing . As good as I read on other reviews . I had the Sea Bream and fries for my main meal . For desert I had the home baked cheese cake and vanilla ice cream . I highly recommend this restaurant. The waitrons were impeccably trained . It was a wonderful experience.

Extra special wonderfull food

I had the most delicious Karoo lamb neck I ever had in my life and as a bonus, a malva desert which I never thought could taste so special. Both South African favorites which stood out from what I had in the past.

A wonderfull experience. It was a first for me as a 15 year old - fine dining. I had the de-boned karoo lamb, it was delectable. It just melted in my mouth. For dessert i had the chocolate fondant. A delightful chocolaty dessert that not only brought the whole course together but also left me with a smile on my face. Noop is a great restaurant with exquisite service. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. If you like fine dining or just want something else, Noop is the place for you.

Great food! Great service! Most amazing kabeljou and Norwegian salmon. Wish we could do cheese cake as well, but portions were good and no room for anything else after lovely cheese platter and mains.

Probably one of the best restaurants Ive ever been to. The lamb and steak was brilliant. A huge Wine and drinks selection was on offer too. And as for the quality of food, reasonably priced as well. Our waiter was also fantastic, offering a nice wine to pair with our dishes and very informative regarding the specials.Im definitely keen to visit again soon!

Everything was delicious and very tasty. From the starter to the desert. We celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary there every year and can recommend Noop to everyone.

I have eaten dinner here twice and the thing that stands out most about Noop is the quality of the ingredients used in the cooking.They make simple delicious food and they do it to a very high standard. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu from the starters and main courses to the desserts.But like all fine dining do not come here if you are ravenously hungry because youll just be wanting more and more.They also have great, attentive waiters and a lovely manager. If you are in the area I highly recommend making a visit.

I dont believe that you have experienced true fine dining until youve been to Noop, the food, the wine, the whole atmosphere of the restaurant exceeded my expectations way beyond what I thought it could. And the most amazing surprise was going upstairs and seeing the bar.

Stunning food

Good service, nice menu. We had the lunch hake and a rump. Loved it but the rump was slightly underdone and bled all over my plate. I ordered medium, got medium rare. Still 5 stars because it really is a good restaurant and Im sure the steak was a once off mistake. Truffle sauce was AMAZING! If you are in Paarl, dont miss this one.

Excellent food served here. We’ve been for dinner last night and got a tuna tartare with mayo, daily fish, chef specialty - local steak, cheesecake and chocolate fondant. Well balanced spices and wasabi mayo highlights fresh tuna -very well. My fish, accompanied by the local crispy white wine, was absolutely delicious with green veggies on side. My boyfriend’s 🥩- excellent, tender meat under pepper sauce with local wine - full bodied Syrah. Deserts were served as a piece of art.I recommend this restaurant.

Delicious warm bread to start, attentive service. Thai red prawn curry good flavor, if not a bit too creamy. Daily fish was solid. Nice ambience and good service all the way around, from walking in to leaving.

What a wonderful evening we had at Noop for our wedding anniversary in Anwars care. The atmosphere, the food and the service was most excellent! Definitely well worth going back!

Our favorite place in Paarl - an extremely talented chef. Food is always on point and staff is great. Make sure to book well in advance as the place is always packed. Lovely to sit out front on a summers day.

Excellent service and food. Ordered several dishes with my partner and it was an absolute delight. The wait staff were very experienced and had a very strong knowledge of the wine list, making several on point recommendations that were perfectly suited to the meals. Outstanding value for money for such high level cuisine. Will return next time we are in Cape town and Paarl
