Directly as a result of Dimitri’s understanding of customer service and integrity is why I would positively rate my experience.The rental process should be fair and cater for the rights of owners and tenants alike…..I think that he knows how to strike the balance with much difficulty in a brutal industry.Ill call you should I ever want to sell as a result of the service.

Ineke put me under the impression the I will receive a 1 bedroom flat and got a bachelor. Further more the want deposit and most off the the flat is damaged and not again repare after the previous tenant moved out isnt that why they charge previous tenant deposit🤔. I took a flat didnt hasd time for viewing and when I did make time the excuse was they couldnt help. So had to trust and clearly big mistake.

I rented a house for 4years with Ineke as the representative agent of the landlord. My experience with them was very very bad. No follow ups on maintenance. There was a history of municipal arrears and outstanding rates accounts which lead to electrical cuts on more than 4occassions. We as tenants had pay connection fees and the full historical electrical outstanding accounts before contract end. On the day of inspection I was informed that I was responsible for the cleaning of the carpets. My access was taken away so I couldnt clean the carpets. At the end of the day the money was deducted from my deposit without informing me. I will never recommend them as a renting option
