Have been back 6 times after the manager said my postbox would be opened. Its still not open. Absolutely pathetic Manager,in all honesty. Cost me R210 driving up and down to my box. Im totally dissapointed in the lack of service and idle promises not met..

I realise that this is not a Call center , but really the phone is never answered, I assume they only use it to phone out !

This is NOT the actual post office. This is a storage area or something. The actual post office is across the bridge in the shopping center.

Closes your post box with out notification.They do not aswer their phone.
