Absolutely loved my visit here. The owner, Werner, is so passionate about what he has created, and it shows. The customer service here is world class as well. I bought a Vinyl Factory frame here with Zeiss Blue Protect lenses and it has removed so much strain from my eyes when looking at screens for prolonged periods.

Once Werner was doing the eye test there was no attempt to rush me out of their space in order to push numbers of clients through. Anochke was very helpful in the choice of a suitable and pleasing frame for my face and once my spectacles arrived they were packaged really smartly. Going to Bril was one cool experience.TBH, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have been to optometrists before with sore, tired eyes and headaches just to leave disappointment after being treated as if it’s all in my head and random glasses that were completely wrong for my eyes and my face. At Bril, they took the time to listen to me. They went a little deeper with questions to try and pinpoint my headaches and found the problem. They prescribed me the lenses that I needed as well as helped me pick the right frame for my facial features. To top it all off, they even offered us coffee! My eyes are no longer tired and my head no longer aches. My frames are so beautiful that I don’t mind being 4-eyed. And all this without breaking the bank.Thank you so much Bril!
