I have been a member of Titans for 3 years and its completely changed my life. I found that I more self confidence, higher self esteem and the ability to feel safe due to me now knowing how to defend myself. The classes are taught by an amazing instructor who looks to better his members rather than discouraging them. Titans treats each and every member as family and no matter what race, religion or ethnicity you are; everyone is welcomed and treated with respect and as equals. Titans never pushes its members into something they are not comfortable with but rather builds them up at their own pace then shows them their full potential. Lessons are taught with genuine knowledge and care. I would encourage everyone to join Titans.
