I had my watch battery replaced replaced at this shop. I received it back with multiple scratches across the back of the watch. The comment from the two ladies were the tool slipped and its only small scratches Then then could not understand why I was upset and argued about it. This kind of service is pathetic and unprofessional.

This store has given me the best thing in my life. They made my wedding ring!!! Beautiful and just what I wanted. They listen!!! Affordable stunning pieces.
