Bought a Unit .To my disappointment. Water problems in the flat mold lining up every where. No sun in the flat and -+250 flats to share 5 washing machine and 60 meters of washing line. Developer struggling 5 Month to fix all the problems and still expecting levies to be paid ,even when the flat is in poor condition. The most expensive estate that is not worth the levies and municipal account. Can spend the money on much better places to live and buy property. Some Picture of the state the NEW Unit We bought were in when received. Decide for yourself.

This is your usual 24/7 security complex...you need to know somebody on the inside to get you in...well placed..on the edge of Paarl...still easy distance from shops and shopping malls..the N1 highway is literally 5min away

I live there since may and im loving it. Everyone is friendly especially the security.

This is by far the best neighbourhood

No laundry and braai facilities. Have to use dribuddi toe dry clothes. Also flats that dont get sun is extremely cold. No ventilation in the flats as well causing mold build up. Looking for another place
