Was sceptical at first, for most people uses Medicross. In short the experience at Cure Paarl was exceptional. From reception to theatre. For me it is a easy choice to make if need be!! Keep it up guys.

Must say they are the best by far with friendly staff from Reception point, to the Ward and straight to the Theatre. Nice and Clean place and staff are always willing to help and listen to everything you have to ask or say. Sister Bridgette were so friendly with the children and us as parents. She does an outstanding job.

Absolutely exceptional service and genuine loving hospitality!Our 3 year old son had a adontonsillectomy procedure on 17/06/2020 and our experience was phenomenal. Never have i come across such, loving, caring and Godly personnel from the reception point to the ward and to the theatre! thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for your warm and loving atmosphere you hosted us with, such a sweet aroma of spiritual annointing there! absolutely undescribable :) we are blessed indeed. I went on in Thursday for a Gynae-procedure that was very traumatic to start with.Gwen at Reception and Lizel was amazing and super helpful and friendly.Bridgette and Melda was also very helpful and comforting.Unfortunately after admission, my whole experience turned into a terrible one since I went into Theater.Dr van Rooyen appointed to perform the procedure did not once come see me, not before or after therefore I was not informed of what to expect after and how to treat the wound. No one ever since has made contact to discuss my state.I find this super unprofessional and very disappointing.Joy, the nurse that was on shift when I came out of theater is clearly not enjoying her job and does not display any bit of care or passion. This was also very distasteful to experience, especially if youre in pain and half asleep. She could not wait to get us out of there and wanted to offer me a sandwich (which i can not eat) or ice cream as an option for dinner after not eating for 7 am til 7 pm...Super disappointment!!!! AND very unprofessional especially after undergoing a traumatizing experience.Its absolutely unacceptable - we as patients pay a ridiculous amount for such terrible service!I look forward to your feedback.RegardsFransunette
