Well, Ive spend more than a penny at this branch. The vegan peanut butter bomb was my favorite smoothie, but this place messed it up for me.Well its all about the experience, I think if I wanted a milkshake, Ill go somewhere else, but not once or twice but three times, the finished smoothie ended up as a milkshake.I have spoken to these people , but they keep on getting it wrong.So why do I keep on going back, Im hopeful, that whoever owns this place KAUAI Paarl will hopefully address this matter and when I return there tomorrow, Ill get a smoothie instead of a milkshake.Unhappy regular customer.Thumbs-up if you agree and follow.Enjoy.

Staff is friendly and place is clean. We had the Vegan burger, we had something to compare it to cuse we ate at the one Vegan place in the Sea Point area. They are a little more expensive but you get more on the plate for the difference. In the defense of Kauai there vegan burger tastes nice and the tastes is different and different is good. The flavor you get when eating there vegan burger is a nice tastes, if you a beginner and didnt have a vegan burger as yet and you want to start, go to Kauai. Its light not like the normal burgers and we added a smoothie to wash the burger down. I tried connecting to the wifi and saw that they dont have :(. We were sitting at the table that is right next to the line to order and each time someone would lean on the small wall that was separating me from them and with covid I really dont know why they allow people to do that. It felt like they were in my space and my plate.

I walk in and made my oder for a strawberry stinger smoothie the, lady who was assisting seemed highly annoyed since i took a bit long to to make my choice . she finished placing my order and handed me the slip and number and said she’ll bring the rest of my change i can have a sit and wait . I sat waiting for a good 30 min and watch everyone who made their orders after me being served as quick as possible . i felt angered because the person bringing my order didn’t even look my way, he turned and took back my oder and reported i wasn’t there. i personally feel because i am a black lady. he had a perception that i wasn’t there to purchase anything coz non of them bothered to ask what i was there for until i asked them why is it that everyone that bought after me was served before me

Pretty acceptable service at this health food venue. Causal eating here is unclutered and staff were friendly.Pricing is a relevant criticism but there is a good argument to be made that if people are happy to pay it, they can charge whatever they like.Tables could be spaced a bit further aprt given Coid protocols but they working with the spacethey have.Which means they dont have their own bathrooms nor hgih speed Wi-Fi.

So happy that Paarl finally has a Kauai!Had the Prince and Cajun Chicken Wraps for takeaway. Quick and friendly service. The restaurant is very clean and you can see where the food is made. And they dont skimp on the fillings! There was a proper steak filling for the prince wrap and same with the chicken. Thank you for meeting our healthy food needs 🙂

The steak wraps were great, but the smoothies were a complete mess. It is watery and not very tasteful.

So glad there is a Kauai in Paarl.
