I arrived at 19h32 and the Laborie store was closed and staff busy leaving. The staff shrugged me off when I pointed out that the wesite indicates they should only close at 20h00. Who is correct?? The website or the staff?? Who is responsible for this?

Stunning branch. I am a Woolies fan and was pleased to see a plant based frozen food selection which I have not seen before, so obviously I bought one to check it out. A very pleasant shopping experience. As always Woolies 5 🌟.

A good mix of outlet stores, including Woolworths Food, Pet shop,Clicks, Col cachio pizza restaurant and a branch of the popular Kikka eatery, Biltong deli, up style furniture and fashion boutique to cater for your needs.The Dry cleaning business is also another favorite.Ample safe parking, wheelchair friendly.

Staff very friendly and helpful but the queues at the tills terrible. Today only 3 tills open with the queue going right down to the cooked chicken etc counter. I find this the norm at Laborie center and many of my friends feel the same.

As always a pleasure to shop at Woolworths Laborie. Sometimes a little low on stock late Sunday afternoon. But maybe it is because it is such a popular shop!

Ah LOVE this woolies!! The staff is friendly and their shelves are always stocked with the best. Convenient amount of parking space and with Kikka right there it is a perfect place to combine a coffee date with a grocery shop.

This place is great. Food high quality.

It was extremely uncomfortable, as i was standing in the qeue at the till and the person who is dressed like a man (a prominent worker there) but had make-up on complete with eye shadow and red lipstick...i thought that i could not digest this whole issue at the till and was thoroughly disgusted by this person living out his personal life-style at his work. He looks like a good person, but why should i have to have his problems in my face when coming for a coffee early in the morning!! And..perhaps more sad...the staff has just excepted the whole situation....so sad!!. I had to contain myself not to ask him if i could lend him my assets for the time being so that he could at least look the act!!! Woolworths Paarl, i am sorry, this is not the way to go for us...your customers!!!

The service at this Woolworths store is getting more shocking by the day. Whilst the manager is sitting at the coffee counter babbling away, racks of fresh produce are bare, unorganised and in general not what one expects from this chain. No out of stock signs, no apologies when asked, nothing. This is not the first time this has happened and every time one asks the shoulders get shrugged. It is as if they know people wont vote with their feet or their wallets because of poor competition. Not acceptable.

They do not have a large catalogue. Interactive counter is always empty. Never any rosterier chickens. There are too many lugs lying around. Staff eating the demo food. Should it not be there for the Customer to taste and try? The que is too long. Parking is a major concern in the centre.
