Visited Sassa for our old age grant in Eersteriver. Waited from 7:30 to 15:00 as there were many people. Our first time and we were so well attended to by a lady behind the desk. She told us we should go to Paarl to be helped but she sorted all our paperwork and assist us to be ready when we go to Paarl. People should be more patient as we do not know how these officers must deal with all this administration. Well done to them when we were there on 06/12/2020. Thankyou for caring.

Visited office on the 24th Jan 2018 to find about 20 ppl queing. Waited 3 hrs to be served ..only seeing one official working and others just walking up and down in and out with wallets and some carrying car keys just standing around and talking loud in frnt of the people whove been waiting forever for assistance. The place needs prayers.....
