Just visited the Blue Route Branch walked in and the ladies were chatting to each other no one greeting or even came to sanitize my hands,maybe because am black and I look like I cant afford,then few seconds after I walked in 2 white people walked in and did they not get a warm welcome and even asked if they needed any help.am just saying if never support a business that still values customers based on their race ..I was looking for gift to purchase but Id rather take my business where I feel valued and appreciated

And by far the most products are sourced from within South Africa and around the Cape!

They have some stunning reasonably priced gifts and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Definitely a place to return to.
