The Doctor himself is fine; efficient, with a great bed-side manner. It’s his office which lets the whole show down - they’re absolutely hopeless. Poor communication, broken promises and an inability to be able to accomplish the simplest of tasks. I have been unable to receive any report whatsoever on the procedure which the doctor conducted on me. For almost 2 months I was engaged in correspondence, trying to get some manner of a report from his office. I have finally given up and accepted that the doctor’s “you’re fine” report to me following the procedure is as good as I’m going to get.

Unfortunately not a good Dr at All. I wished it would be better. Bombastic man. :(

Please do not take note of the practitioners network agreements or what medical aids he is affiliated to. His staff blatantly ignored my medical aids network agreement and overcharged me by almost R 1000.00 for my treatment, despite knowing full well that they were not allowed to!
