Thought maybe the first time I was there, I may be catching the staff on a busy day (although the store was empty) standing around at the hot food section waiting to get helped for 10/15mins while all the staff having conversations about their weekend, or physically having to watch the deep fryer fry chips and not able to help other customers is a second time two visits.Dont waste your time or money, other stores with alot more helpful staff.

Very disappointed. For a new business with new staff. Service is very poor. We understand Covid and understand the issue with self help. But put people out to help.Dont just put a small peace of paper on the counter and hope for the best.And then the person that designed the park. No words.

I went to buy Chillies and a few other items from the bakery.The bakery staff was super friendly and helpful.When wanting to weigh the amount of chillies to see the price I could not find a scale and one of the ladies working there in a rude tone tells me it gets weighed at the till at checkout. I ask the lady so what If I see at the till the price is a bit low and I can actually add some more must I walk all the way back? She answers me again in rude tone yes, it gets weighed at the till at checkout.I feel at least one scale can be useful to see at least how much you are taking.

I was excited to have a branch in my home town instead of driving out. Great staff, clean and welcoming. They know how to work a queue.

Lovely store, lots of parking, lots of quality items, food counters out of this world - you just want to taste all the hot foods, every day.

Everything fresh and well presented. Need a sit down in the shop to enjoy products from the shop. A quick lunch will do.

Very Nice Collection of Fresh Produce, Meat, Cheese and Dairy Products. Lots of other Foodstuff and theres Also a Sushi Bar - Freshly Prepared.

Really nice to have a FLM on our doorstep with a different selection of produce to the other supermarkets.Store is well spaced, good lighting and what looks like good grub instore.Checkout needs some attention, but all in all, a worthwhile shopping destination.
