Im not satisfied with the service given by Multichoice Paarl. The assistant on the far left as you enter the store is miserable, unfriendly and should not be there. She is not a good ambassador for the brand. She shows no interest in her Customers and is very unfriendly. She never smiles or hardly greets you.My brand new decoder is faulty and she promised to phone me when the new decoders come in. Im still waiting. She tested my decoder and said there is nothing wrong with it. I said it freezers and we have to reboot every morning.The store Manager is an asset to the company. She is always willing to go the extra mile and Super Friendly. Unfortunately this assistant is spoiling it for her.I do not enjoy going Multichoice Paarl. Its a nightmare.Charmaine E

I live in Riebeeck Kasteel and was told by Multichoice that my decoder is faulty and as I have insurance that I could swap it out. They told me that the nearest agent was in Paarl.I tried to call them today and after being passed to three people and waiting on the phone that goes brr, brr for ten minutes I gave upI expect I will be better off driving to Cape Town and swapping it there.

Staff at Multichoice are always very helpful and friendly. Its just a shame that no one is available to answer the phone when there are customers in the store. Surely telephonic customers are just as important. After all, we try to avoid queues and get faster solutions by telephone. Its unprofessional of Multichoice, which is not a small company.
