Whenever I visit Paarl, I look for a reason to fill up. I have been to this Engen a number of times and the attendants are ALWAYS friendly. Even when they cannot help immediately, they will acknowledge your presence as soon as you arrive. Alfred made my day when I visited this morning. He was genuinely glad to help me and his professional care for an issue with the petrol cap was unprecedented.**Treat yourself :fill up your car with fuel and absorb the happy service it comes with!

Fantastic service recovery provided by Mareike! After the misfortune of having petrol put into my diesel car, she came to the rescue and handled the situation admirably. She turned a regrettable situation into a positive experience. Exceptionally well handled - thank you Mareike.

One of the few service stations with an electronic gauge so that one can be assured of correct tyre pressure on all four wheels. Friendly, helpful service. Somewhat limited space to manouvre during peak traffic times, though.

My experience has always been very good, but after a false complaint of petrol theft against my disabled son, I consider legal action an apology is not going to fix the serious complaint just like that.
