Surprisingly bad customer service. Called 2 weeks ago for a quote. They told me I would be called back immediately, but should send a mail with all details in the meantime. One week later, still no call back and no reply on the mail. Called again and they told me that they hadnt even opened the mail (Which says Request for Quote in the subject line). Explained everything all over again over the phone. Another week has gone by without the quote or even a reply.Business must be amazing for them as they dont bother about potential new customers.

Definitely will not recommend this company. I received my business cards in EXTREMELY POOR printing quality and smudges on almost every single card! In fact it is in such bad quality I cannot give it to anyone, they blamed my designer for the artwork and pixelated curves , but I went to another printer with the exact same files and the printing was immediately far better. When I asked for a refund and that I will return the defect product to them they stopped responding, I followed up and 2 weeks later and still no response. I will seriously recommend looking somewhere else for professional products and service.

I love Smart Digital Medias willingness to always be as busy as they are, always helping others pull their noses for change, or asking you ridiculous prices so you have to get somewhere else anyway.One thing is not two, and printing is not three either. But there are too many Signage Printing and Branding stores in Paarl. FULL STOPI run one of the + 14 in town myself. And as an old expert in the area, I know everyone and I count the good ones on the fingers of one hand.Established here for many years, Smart Digital Media is an example for others to follow.We cant all do signage if we try to bite each other all the time,.Please visit them, Their service is excellent.XD Love Vinelz
