It was a pure pleasure to do business there. The staff are professional and friendly. Although it was very cold in Paarl they let customers in into a warm atmosphere.

I have used Postnet (not this branch) many times in the past to mail cards overseas. My request to do so was met with irritation and a quote ofR450 courier per card. I stated that I just wanted regular airmail, but was told in an extremely rude manner that airmail does not exist! I was however told, in a tone of utter contempt, that I could send each letter via unregistered normal post, only to be dispatched a week later, for R65 per card! In the past the cost for each card was about R8 so I just left and sent it from a similar company in the mall, via airmail! for R8.50 per card. Unbelievable!

Worst service ever on designing and completion of projects. I have had delay after delay, because of inter-schools, then I was give rushed jobs, horrible quality and no design principles applied, after losing my temper things started moving in the right direction, then without us approving the completion of the job, we were told we need to pay more because we made changes that would lead to new designs. What the heck? So, now 3 weeks work will go down the tubes because of you not completing a job and then demand more money. Wow.........

Above and beyond excellent service - I needed to have an urgent parcel collected from a store in Paarl (down the road from the Postnet) so that they could overnight it to me in Jhb - Stephanie from Postnet Paarl offered to fetch the parcel for me, even took photos and emailed it to me to ensure that it was the correct item and them arranged everything else to have the parcel to me the next day. I would have had to wait between 3 and 7 days for delivery if she was not willing to help me out. Thank you so much for the willingness to help and your excellent service.

I’m a 17 year old, in boarding school, spent all my pocket money on white board markers to study with, and they were half the colour (half dried out) of the past markers that i bought there previously. The manager refused to give me a refund and didn’t even offer to exchange them for other markers. Thanks for nothing and a waist of my pocket money.

Worst service ever! No one helping me when I entered and there was only 1 client in store at that time. Everyone too busy does not look at anything. When one of the staff members see me Im not helped, she talks to someone. That person does not greet me kindly or walk to me where I stand by the counter, but say I must come to her where she is busy with her paperwork. She helps .. and now I have to pay ... Nothing cash on me, just card. Sorry, sir, we do not accept card transactions for its a small amount. Huh, askies in what day and time do we live ?! Ok now, blood pressure and heart pump rise faster. The person who helps me offers at least that she will pay it to others. I gave Postnet a 0. I say No, its okay I have money in the car ... Ill get it. The car is now parked on the side of the shopping cart. As I look back, I see the owner of the store that looks like this with a funny smile. On my return, literally 30 seconds later, there is no one else at the counter, where my documents are still, to help me. Im waiting again and looking around and here another staff member comes up who sure bumps the veins in my face. I say no, I want the owner, who smiled just so funny for me, has to pick it up himself ... yes the weird R6.50. I give her R7.00. I guess what does she say to me when I tell her that they offer a poor service by refusing transactions that are too little and that I really want to take my business next time to someone else who likes it will take? Oh sir, do you know how much commission I pay on card transactions and you know, on a Monday everybodys not nice or something and his smile is so funny to me! No pity for the inconvenience, or something like that direction. Oh, wait, Im not sure. Now I ask her if she will hug the document. Yes, sure and I will not charge you for that. Imagine it! Anyway, I am now waiting for the owner to print my invoice and to receive a receipt for the R6.50 that I have just paid. And I wait and I wait while she is watching a frown and watching the computer screen and pressing buttons on the keyboard. She saw that it took a long time and after a while she said, Sorry, but I have to get something wrong or so its !. Thats when everything came in here and decided to do the right thing and just walk away. Im just saying ... Do you know thats ok ... keep it ... do not bother. No, I only took 15 minutes to print 3 documents, pay, do not get an invoice or receipt and guess what they did not even give me a change ... HA HA. No, Im sure the pig in the story because I got sick! Posnet and Postnet Paarl ... take this one star for you, and I hope it costs you more than the commission you would have lost on the transaction costs.
