Okay to live at. On the noisy main road of Paarl. With constant noisy car and motorcycle races going on at night. Aging interiors. Neat and tidy but dated. Rent currently per 2 Bed unit is expensive compared to other flats in town with better fittings and the same size. Bonus for the on site laundry machines and dryers. (R15 per load though...)
