Completely unreliable. As the only supplier of Ebenezers Pre-primary school clothes, they never have the correct sizes or anything that the customer needs.

They have a fairly good quality product, and at a fairly reasonable.price in comparison to the competition.. but delivery time is appauling

Unprofessional is not even the word to describe the bad customer service.....they do not have the clothes that was needed even though a order was put in two weeks before and i was told it would be ready the 1st week in January.....the owner is ignorant of the customers needs and because he is the only person that can provide the clothes that was needed he had this wait or leave attitude.....and its the same story year on year....him and his staff really needs to change there bad attitudes.
