I just love shopping at SUPERSPAR PAARL EAST because the people is very friendly and the prices are affordable. I always get what I need at Spar and that makes me happy

Superspar sells bread loaves at an affordable price . They inform their customers via sms of special deals and offer discounts regularly as well as loyalty points.They could beef up their security as I have noticed vagrants roaming the parking area. Safety of customers need to take center stage.

It is a conveniently situated in the main road with very friendly staff members to tend to customers. They have a varienty of products to cater for the needs of people who want healthy foods and also for those who want comfort foods. They also have a large variety of alcohol beverages at their liquor store (Tops) for novice consumers up to connoisseurs and collectors. The managerial staff members seems to believe in customer satisfaction and are eager to resolve issues which is brought to their attention. Hoping to have more happy shop experiences at this store.

I visit relatives in Paarl quite a bit, and this small store also. It is a store that places a high premium on hygiene. The staff is friendly and helpful to everybody, especially when they do not recognize you. They then probably realize that you are from another town or city. Irrespective of that, their service is excellent and the shopping experience is wonderful.

Even though the store is a little small, and can sometimes become a bit cramped, the prices are good and the quality of the goods exceed the price every time. The staff is friendly and helpful, and makes for a pleasurable shopping experience! Great store!

Surpisingly not bad at all...business will get better with Sassa offices there. Traffic will intensify and not enough parking. Increase in feet and crime to be expected...

The stuff is always helpful and nice and I save on selected items every week.

Stock availability and customer service is good however though, fresh fruit are sometimes in a terrible condition. Im at a point where I am scared to buy something at the bakery because of previous experiences. It would be a bonus too if management wouldnt have their tantrums with staff and merchandisers on the sales floor infront of customers.

Milk, cakes, beef...in plenty...come and get urs now!!! The place is not crowded. They place customers first. The parking is ample and secure. The prices are comperatively affordable. The shop offers ongoing discounts on some goods!

The only place in paarl where I can find Halaal meat, apart from Woolies.I can walk right up to the butchery door, Chef comes out with a HUGE smile on his face (happiest and friendliest man I know), and all I have to do is tell him how I prefer my lamb cut.And oh boy is the meat ALWAYS fresh.They always have amazing specials, and every member of staff is incredibly helpful and kind.

Dont bother trying to complain about bad service, the manager is just as terrible. Guess theres a lot of truth in the saying THE FISH ROTS FROM ITS HEADGet rid of old PEDRO and watch how service improves.

Spar tends to be quite busy... They have lovely koeksisters after church on Sundays. They however dont always stock what I need.

Hi, Superspar - Paarl-East, its refreshing having a Superspar in those communities.Its like having a save space for all parties involved to only focus on shopping and shopping only.As always, safety is of great concern to me.Yes the shop inside is really safe but outside its like walking into a different world.Let me put this into perspective,the ATMs for example are located in an area where people tend to hang around for no reason whatsoever.If you think for one moment Im being petty you obviously havent been robbed before.It sucks and affects your ATM experience for the rest of your natural life.And just by the way, its money that you had to work for.My recommendations are,lets re-look at the location and lighting ( visibility) of the (ATMs)and make it a safe area (space )to those in need of using banking facility to draw money.The security currently in place needs to be increased or upgraded in order to ensure public safety not only in the shop but also in the parking area.Chicago se bult you can only make the connection if youve been and yes I see that smile on your face.Change is possible, but it has to start withinGive your fellow person a fair chance.Enjoy!!!

While every Spar is the same more or less, I have personally been disappointed by a member of staff, and when I had to go past my neighbor confronted the staff member outside the Spar without my knowledge and was the staff member was rude, arrogant and disrespectful- I am giving 2 stars because I dont see why the rest of the friendly staff need to be tainted by one bad person
