Upper market Mexican cuisine, tasty and delicious, great vegan and gluten free choices, friendly and attentative staff. Nice and quiet tables close to Lake. Definitely a restaurant to come back to.

Great Mexicali food, an unusual cuisine for this part of the Franschhoek wine trail. We booked a table for lunch but were slightly disappointed to find it was in a chilly, shady middle spot, rather than up on the warm sunny deck or at the lovely picnic table area by the pond. Despite empty appearances, we were only able to move to a table in the same chilly area, not into a sunny patch, because apparently all the other tables were booked. Recommend that if you are booking in winter, you specify up on the warm sunny deck please.

Fantastic experience! Really enjoyed relaxing outside and taking in the view. Food was great! The fish tacos is highly recommended and the guacamole with bacon which is freshly prepared in front of you. Lastly finish off your meal with a delicious Orio cheesecake, but all are so good.

Never even knew about this fantastic restaurant and what a hidden gem Cosecha restaurant at Noble Hill wine estate is. The setting is beautiful and open. Not a massive menu, but enough to satisfy everyone.We had the tableside made guacamole which was freshly made as we were sitting at our table. Our mains were delicious as well as our desert.Beautiful setting, great food, excellent service and an ambience to match.

Cosecha restaurant at Noble Hill wine estateFresh latin cooking with vineyard views.The name cosecha, Spanish for harvest, reflects the location next to the working harvest area where grapes are sorted and crushed at Noble Hill wine estate.We have visited here for years and the quality of food is always very high, - fresh seasonable ingredients cooked with a Mexican flair. We choose to have guacamole for a starter - this is made at your table, you can have it as spicy as you want, and we chose high spice - WOW brilliant.Most food here is served accompanied by tacos and spice with Latin influence, which makes a welcome change from the normal international cuisine you get here in South Africa.

Such a great find. Cosecha is a small eatery on the Noble Hill wine estate, we were pleasantly surprised to find friendly and attentive staff, a reasonably priced food menu and an extensive tequila menu😉.The seating area is outdoorsy and surrounded by greenery.The tortilla chips with hummus side and snack meatballs are yum, but the best was the battered hake tacos - amazing! I had the chicken enchilada, a large dish with rice, beans and guacamole, was too saucy. I dont know if this is the norm for enchiladas, if it is others might like it.Oh and the tequila was served in beautiful, chilled glasses - win!

Just been here for my birthday lunch - great food, a hidden gem really. Who would have thought one could get such great Mexican food in the Stellenbosch winelands? Only thing I would say is the portion sizes are quite large so either skip a starter or arrive hungry. Bur I definitely intend to come back.

As a party of 5 adults we had a 3 course lunch on Sunday 6 October 2019. Our waitress was great, attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. The setting was good. The food however was fairly average and on a par with your average restaurant in the city. Being situated on a wine farm I had expected the food to be a bit more impressive. On the menu the food sounded delicious, and the portion sizes were good but the flavors lacking. We had the Guacamole starter which was very bland. We ordered it medium spicy but was not spicy at all and the tortilla chips not nice. Mains we had 3 different types of dishes but no-one was overly impressed with the flavors. It wasnt bad - it just wasnt Wow

We had booked a sit down lunch today but initially wanted to picnic. Unfortunately had to book the picnic by four PM the previous day. While we were having lunch not a single picnic took place? When Noble Hills started out picnics could be booked on arrival. So what has changed?Mexican style menu would not suit everyone but Merlot wine is pretty good.

Food is a nice break from the standard menu if you are looking for more versatility.

Best Mexican food I’ve tried. Such fresh ingredients, large portions and absolutely delicious. Not the greatest kids play area, I think they should work on that as you can’t keep an eye on your kids at all.

Pretty ok restaurant near small artificial lake. Its specialization is mostly Mexican cuisine. Plates and serving is very fancy. Coffee is not so good.

Amazing Food and Experience at Cosecha ! We enquired about vegetarian food on the menu, only for the chef, Riana to come out to assist us. She accommodated us and prepared a really delicious lunch - A vegetarian enchilada and quesadilla which is by far the best in Cape Town !!! They threw in Gaucamole which was surprisingly flavorful and a must have! We lunched at the picnic area which is gorgeous itself. Overall a fantastic experience of food, atmosphere and service !

Very average, all things considered. Menu is not really child friendly at all, very limited. Alcoholic beverage menu extremely limited, no beers, ciders etc at all. Food was tasty but extremely over priced. Also the seating and table size is very cramped. We were a table of four, and ended up having to put glasses, phones etc on the floor to make enough space to eat. Service is shoddy as well. I can say that I have experienced it now, but would not go back or recommend it.

Pros:-Amazing food!-Amazing atmosphere!-Excellent wine!-Fantastic service!Cons:-Extremely underwhelming coffee options.This is an amazing place with mouth watering food. It is therefor such a let down that it does not have proper coffee options. The french press coffee option that is available, is underwhelming at best. Maybe consider getting a proper machine/barista? Im sure it will pay for itself :)

There are very few restaurants where you can experience something different, this is one of those places, set in the most sublime surroundings, great place for couples, families, everyone, highly recommend it.

Best Mexican food Ive had. Super pretty place with lots of succulents, a sweet garden and picnic area. Not really busy on a Monday, whereas you definitely need a reservation on the weekend.Weekday special includes a meal and drink for ~R100.

Beautiful setting on a wine estate, serving Mexican food and Mexican inspired dishes. We had the midweek special which included a glass of their wine, or soft drink or coffee for R90- (full portion) or R60- (smaller portion).

Mexican food in Paarl!Delicious meal options, good wine and kiddie baskets. Some good veggie options, and the chef was flexible wrt changing the meal option in the kids basket to accomodate my vegan kids.
