We rented 2 mountain bikes from there and in 2 days we had 9 punctures. The tires are like paper. We cant recommend the shop for rental bikes.

This has been the worst service I have experienced in 15 years in South Africa. On 2 January 2018 I gave my MTB to ASG because of a click sound in the bottom bracket. On January 4, I was told that the bottom bracket was broken and would have to be replaced. In a week the bike would be ready, I would receive a telephone message. I had not received any news until January 12th, so I visited ASG. There I was informed that the bottom bracket was still not ordered. I was again assured that the bottom bracket will be ordered. It would be delivered in about a week. I would be notified. I did not have any news until January 22, so Im back in the store for ASG. I was informed that bottom bracket was ordered but will not be delivered until January 30th. Back in the store today. Bottom bracket still not there ....Nobody in this shop knows what the other one is doing. However, the worst thing I felt was the arrogant and overbearing attitude of the staff. Greetings from Val de VieAddendum: The bicycle shop around the corner (cycle4life) took exactly 22 hours to get it done.
