Worst massage Ive ever had - I had to stop myself from ending it early. Also the worst manicure Ive ever had - the expert manicurist did not know what an oval shape was and cut my nails down to the quick. The only redeeming feature was that the manager tried to remedy the situation by taking over the manicure herself (so my one had looks ok).I went to this salon because a friend bought me a voucher as a gift. I feel sorry for her that she wasted her hard-earned money.

Willing to help on the last minute. Real professional attitude. Excellent and quick service.

Went for laser hair removal and I truly had a disappointing experience. Not informative and therapist seemed rushed to get through the session. Was not offered post care treatment or advice either.
