Car ready on time clean and serviced as one would expect from a reputable dealer. I feel that to achieve a 5 star rating from me you should pretend to be a customer and arrive at 7H30 for your car to be serviced.It is a free for all, no designated parking or queue for cars to be serviced or someone to say where to go, or someone to arrange a first come first served. I have arrived before the workshop opened as I have to get to work, but people arriving after me were served first even though I was long before them at the workshop.

Well so far so good with Adrian, Zelda and the team at Droomers Nissan! Bought a car recently and if I can recommend anyone to give you a good deal, great service and honesty (which i do not say often about car dealers), then try Adrian and the team. His follow up check in also on point! Time will tell whether the above all holds true, but like I said so far so good!!! 5 stars!!!!

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life!The service department ruined the inside of my car with a spray and refused to clean it or even send my car to a cleaning service, unless I brought the car back to them, they refused to collect it, even though it was my fault.I will probably sell my Nissan now and buy a VW or Toyota where the service is top notch and they care about their customers.Please dont take your care here or buy a car here 😡😡😡

Terrible customer service with poor quality genuine nissan parts

Unfortunately this dealership hasn’t learned the phrase “penny wise pound foolish”. They would rather sacrifice any future car sales with a poor attitude to solving problems than assist a client in replacing a small and inexpensive part. With that attitude I would hate to think what would happen if i have a engine issue or gearbox problem..... Time to start looking after your customers Droomers and put some effort into them.

The most amazing service ever experienced. It was like going back in time. After 20 years of Toyota which I thought was pretty good both vehicle and service wise, Droomers Nissan just blew me away.

Terrible customer service from this dealership. I Don’t recommend Droomers Nissan Paarl! Your car will be returned dirtier than when you brought it in and smelling of oil. It’s a dirty backyard dealership that will make you regret that you even bought a Nissan!

1/2 hour into our road trip our engine light came on and we detoured to Nissan Droomers Paarl. The team ran diagnostics and cleared the error and sent us on our way within 30 minutes. Thank you so much Droomers team

Shocking after sale service with my new Qashqai 😩😡My car within 3 months had issues with Droomers after sale fitted pdc product fail and then to top ut an issue with sticky gear selection. They just would not listen to or accommodate my needs as a customer even after escalating the issue to Nissan SA 👎👎👎. Needless to say worst decision to buy from Droomers Paarl 😡Finally the sticky gear issue was resolved in 2 days by Nissan Kuilsriver who also provided me a loan vehicle while they resolved the gear selection issue. 👍👍👍🥇I will be doing all future business at any other Nissan but never again at Droomers Paarl.

Great service and friendly people! Yet I am very disappointed for being charged R280.00 for a headlight and R450.00 an hour labour as I have being told on numerous time during previous services here that it is very difficult to replace. Decided to replace myself and found that part is R72.00 and took 2 minutes to replace. Also found that the outlet pipe on the water bottle was disconnected. Something they told me was “broken” and needed to be replaced at R2500.00.
