Nice selection of vehicles

Great friendly service and offered me wifi to work from their premises while I wait for it to be serviced. Got offered coffee multiple times with biscuits and rechecked whether my wifi connection was still working. Definitely recommend and to top it all, they were cheaper by R1600 for rear pads and discs than any other dealership in Western Cape.

Took my car in after I got a warning sign. When I got my car back one of the engin covers were lose which was not the case before I took it in. Went back to them and they told me a rubber is missing. When I asked the guy how is that possible he told me he doesnt know but he will send me a qoute for a new rubber...... ive been buying BMWs for the last 11 years and I never had incidents like this previously. Ive learned my lesson as I now no longer trust this dealership after this incident and I will never go back to them!!!! Well done Brian (the technician) on your cocky attitude as youve just chased away a loyal customer. SMG Tygervalley and SMG Century city youve just gained a new client.
