Initially I received the same experience from Tekton as many of these other reviews. There was a delay in parts for up to 2 and a half weeks.After phoning the reception and speaking to the main technician they explained to me the parts they ordered were damaged.I was very upset at first, because the longer I dont have transport the more I lose income. We finally got hold of the Owner of Tekton who immediately rectified the situation. Currently with the serious crisis we are in globally, parts are not kept at Tekton so they order as needed. Tekton was also previously under poor management when this delay in process happened frequently. After we have spoken to the owner they gave us a discount, because of the delay in process and they personally fetched the correct parts for my vehicle in Cape Town.We are satisfied now with the vehicle and the way the situation was rectified.

The best customer service I have received in South Africa. My car parts had to be ordered from France which took some time but the owner, Malcolm Moothal got my parts sooner than expected. While waiting I experienced heavy rainfall which leaked in. Malcolm offered to drive to my location to try and seal the leak. He arranged for someone to receive my vehicle on a day they were closed and had someone drive me all the way to Stellenbosch to collect my rental. Yolande and Bertney constantly updated me on the work in progress. Every employee I came in contact with was super awesome and came across as friendly, respectful, considerate, helpful and accommodating. I recommend Tekton and their staff for their service excellence.

I took my car to Tekton on 23 March 2021 through an insurance claim.They said that it would take 1 week, that my car would be ready on 30 March 2021. I gave them a call on 30/03/21 and asked if they could tell me when my car would be ready, the answer I got was: Nooooo. I then asked if she could find out about my car, then i got the reply: Ill phone you back.I phoned back after an hour went by without any call. She said that she would phone me the following morning at 09:00.I waited for the phone call untill about 12:00 when I phoned them again. The reply this time was: We are still waiting on the part and didnt want to bother you with this news. I replied that any news on my car would have been great, seing as I was promised a phone call at 09:00.I got a call late the afternoon saying that the part came and it just needs to be installed and sprayed the following morning - Thursday 1 April 2021.Late afternoon I phoned, again, to see how far my car was - the answer this time was that my car would go in on Tuesday only - I was already told that the spray work would be done by Thursday morning!Tuesday 1 April 2021 came and no correspondence from Tekton - I had to phone them again! Same story: your car is going in for the spray tomorrow morning - this is now 6 days of my car having to go in for sprayI received my car after 2 weeks and all the work that I claimed for - PAID ACCESS - wasnt finished.Verry disappointedWill not send or recomend to anyone who doesnt have weeks to wait for a simple job.

Their service is immaculate. The receptionist Rhondia made the journey so easy and such a friendly experience. Definitely highly recommended. My car was beautifully fixed in the less possible time. Quick, easy, good, friendly seevice 👊👌

Our car was in an accident on the 2 December and was taken to Tekton autobody Paarl via Outsurance. We had a very bad experience: Firstly was our estimated date to receive our car the 24 December we only received the car on the 10 January. Secondly did we request a quote from them on extra paintwork we wanted them to do, it took very long to receive the quote and the price was very high. So we requested a second quote for only a part of the extra paintwork, we never received a quote. Thirdly when we received our car back it had a loud noise, we had to take it back again for repairs. Not happy with their service.

Bad service, theyre struggling to come back to me. Ive decided not to use them. They took over 1 week to give a quote to me, their servers was down, but that could have been communicated. Im still waiting for them to come back to me after 5 days of not contacting me about a question I asked. Not happy at all with them.

Faghree helped me enormously when I needed to get a second quote for major damage on my car done by Kilotreads. He kept in contact constantly and explained everything clearly. I was really sorry that I was forced by Kilotreads insurer to get the work done elsewhere, but I will certainly take my car to Tekton if I ever need work done again.

Car was booked for the Friday, but when I arrived the parts wasnt there yet. Had the car for a full week when I took in. Had to go back to have some of the paint removed on the rear bumper after the job was done. Not too impressed
