The front desk staff are very professional and always friendly and helpful. The technicians are also very good in what they are doing. Indeed a winning team.

Its important to educate staff on different parts supplied by the company. I was told that a coax cable splitter doesnt work by one of the sales guys. He made me drive all the way home and after researching, back to the branch. Ive purchased a 4way splitter and it works perfectly.

I am not sure why Cathmar is situated on a back road parallel to the main shopping road of Paarl. I suppose its because Cathmar services households and this is the warcraft base. Helpful service and when they come to your house you can be assured of utmost professionalism...right down to the pan and brush to sweep up the electrical detritus.

If you want to have a better entertainment unit then your friends. Give them a call.
