Good food with friendly service. We placed the order for a 3 year old as we ordered drinks. We received our Sushi (that normally take some time to prepare), only after 2 inquiries and as we finished the Sushi, did we receive the childs food. Probably forgot about the order. But a good experience overall.

Very nice staff. They understand the menu very good and if you are there try 514 or 622 very nice and tasteful. Inside is nice but Ive always preferred the small seating area outside.You can also enjoy this with orderin app.

I had a terrible experience. After the third time ordering through Uber eats and waiting more than an hour each time I phoned them. The staff and manager blamed Uber eats and claimed it is the drivers fault. Even though I had 2 drivers phone me who waited more than 15min each and had to eventually leave. I ended up having to fetch my own order, at which point still no apology and blamed the Uber eats system. If you cant use the system dont, too many bad experiences in a row... Without any acknowledgement or apology but constantly shifting blame really poor form

Were regulars here because we love the food, but the service and general ethos leaves something to be desired. They dont have baby changing facilities which has never deterred us before, but today we thought wed just politely mention it to the manager as a nice suggestion. The response we received was a bit unwelcoming (she basically made out it was our problem, not the restaurants and we should carry our own changing table around). The food here is good but if youre looking for a child friendly restaurant (in ethos, even if not in terms of facilities) then look elsewhere. Also, they are often out of beansprouts which is in a lot of their dishes.

Franchise with reasonably priced Asian food. When we arrived at 20.15 on a Saturday night, only 3 tables were occupied. We were immediately helped, seated and served. Service was efficient and friendly, but from about 21.00 after we had our main course, the restaurant went into closing down mode. Money was being counted and the comparatively large staff was busy with their chores.The sushi we had was fresh and tasty, nothing to complain about.

I love Asian food and I always enjoy it, had the duck for the first time though, very disappointing. Tough and tasteless and looked very unappetizing. Chicken wouldve been better! Also, we asked the waiter for a straw which the bar lady refused to give him, since it was not a mixer , but plain Coke. It was for my 4 year old son who just broke the tall glass he was supposed to drink from. Only after I had to go ask for it myself (she did not want to give me one initially either), did I get one. No apology. Really, that was just ridiculous.

Excellent Asian style cuisine. Menus have just been revamped and are looking classy. Specials now and then are great. Superb variety on the sushi front and the fish is always fresh. Nice options of mild, medium or hot on the chilli side of things. Beware, Hot is not for the feint hearted.

Simple tasty Asian cuisine. If there are a lot of take away orders then you can experience delays in service but so far it has not been unbearable.

The Pad Thai needs work. I spent 6 months in Thailand. Simply Asia’s Pad Thai is far from the original and drenched is some salty sauce.Other than that the waiters are diligent.

Tonight I had a HORRIBLE evening at Simply Asia Paarl. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 6 year Anniversary and decided to try out Simply Asia for the first time. I ordered a café Latte which was cold by the time it got to me, and the waiter simply went to go warm it up in a microwave. Then we ordered meal number 540, which was awful. I barely finished it. My meal contained hard,burnt noodles, weird tasting spring onions and duck that was unseasoned and chewy. The sauce was disgraceful, it made me want to throw up when eating because it had too many different flavours. I will NEVER return to Simply Asia again!

It was a good place to go to, for Wonderful sushi and tai food but suddenly it changed the waiters became slower and ruder and the food took ages to finish. I loved it very much but not anymore as their service is terrible.
