Took my car in for a windscreen replacement, windscreen was fitted incorrectly and two brackets underneath my windscreen broken beyond repair. Staff acted as if nothing was wrong but I picked up the damage quickly. Glasfit then submitted a additional claim on my insurance for the damage they did to my car without even notifying me. On taking my car back to get it fixed I watched as one of their staff damaged my car even further by ripping one of the brackets out after myself and a colleague explicitly pointed out that it was still screwed in, causing further damage. Turns out they ordered the wrong parts and 6 months later my car is still not repaired. Worst and most unprofessional service in Paarl and according to their receptionist they have no liability insurance for if they damage a clients car. Stay clear!

We were on our way to Bonnievale a couple of weekends ago when our windscreen rubber came loose while driving on the N1. We pulled into Paarl and went to seek help at Glasfit. They were so helpful and friendly and fixed the problem for us in a matter of minutes at no charge. Such great service and the kind of humanity that makes this country great!
