Take an animal to get sterilized & they mistakenly euthanize it. Well done. If I could get negative 5 stars I would. This has got to be the most incapable Veterinary Clinic in the Southern Cape. If you love your pets please do not take them here

Ive been going to the practice for the last 20 odd years with my cats. The service has always been professional & kind, from reception staff to the Doctors. The facilities have also been upgraded and greatly improved over the years. Ull almost always find what you want for your pets on their well supplied shelves.

False advertising on two different occasions by two different staff members. We wanted to buy sleeping pills for our cats, they said we could but when we got there they said no we had to get all sorts of documents and check ups from the vet. The pills would have been 50 cents and instead they pushed an expensive (R287) homeopathic anti anxiety gel on us, that DOES NOT WORK and when we tried to take it back they refused. Terrible service, and manipulation of the customer for profit.

Phoned to make appointment. Couldnt make appointment. Waited two hours to be helped after folks that got appointments. Paid full consultation fee to be told that breed shouldnt really exist & be prescribed generic antibiotic. No useful guidance on how to resolve issue; or comments on weight or overall health. Rather Hi Google if you want to save on the consultation fee or look elswehere, not impressed with service or Doctor.

Called them with a senior cat who was not acting as usual.. Said come in. Saw the vet within 10 minutes.. They were amazing from the first phone call to walking out an hour later.. Problem diagnosed.. Meds administered.. Kitty sleepy but thank the Lord on the mend. How do I say thank you enough. They cared as much as I do.
